Bao Bao’s Cozy Cleaning Services: a panda with a pressure washer
Clean little pixel-art places with a pressure-washing panda, alone or with up to three friends online. Here is how the cleaning works and where you can play.
Read articleA panda with a pressure washer, a grubby park, and nobody telling you to hurry. Bao Bao’s Cozy Cleaning Services takes the pleasure of washing away dirt and puts it in a pastel, top-down pixel world. You can clean alone or bring up to three friends into online co-op.
This looks lovely. The appeal is easy to see: pick a dirty patch, wash it clean, and leave a little more of the scene looking cared for. If you like a repetitive task to keep your hands busy while you listen to something, this is one to look at.
How the pressure washing works
You move Bao Bao around the scene and aim the water at dirty surfaces. The cleaned area appears beneath the spray, so your next job is visible: follow the remaining grime around paths, objects and corners. The official screenshots show individual cleaning targets and percentage bars, giving you something specific to finish rather than just a room to wander through.
There are two washers: a hand washer and a floor washer. The hand washer sends a stream out in front of Bao Bao; the floor washer works over the ground as you move. That gives the cleaning a simple change of action, with the same visible result: another strip of dirt gone.

Clean together in four-player online co-op
Up to four people can clean together online. The official co-op footage shows pandas working in the same space, spraying different patches of a courtyard. You can work on the same place together and watch the remaining dirty patches disappear.
Online co-op is confirmed. Cross-platform play is not confirmed in the sources checked here, so do not assume that Steam and console players can join the same session. On Switch, Nintendo lists one player on a single system and up to four online; online play requires Nintendo Switch Online.

A cleaning game for your podcast
Destroyer Doggo describes the game as timer-free and designed to accompany podcasts, audiobooks or your own music. It also includes 50 lo-fi tracks, custom key bindings and colourblind support.
That makes the intended fit quite clear: you want to watch a place become cleaner without a countdown demanding your attention. The pressure washing is the activity; the podcast can stay in the foreground. I have not tested the full game or its accessibility options.
Release date and platforms
Steam and Nintendo list October 28, 2026 as the release date. The Steam version is $14.99 in the US at the time checked, before any regional differences or later discounts.
Steam lists Windows, macOS and Linux, with specific limits worth checking: the Mac requirements start at Apple M1 and macOS Sonoma 14.6. The Linux requirements explicitly support Steam Deck only, rather than other Linux distributions. That listing is not a Steam Deck Verified badge or a device test.
The Xbox store also lists Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC, with Xbox Play Anywhere and online co-op for two to four. Console online multiplayer requires a separate subscription.
Destroyer Doggo develops and publishes the game. Its official press kit credits Prateek Jadhwani. Bao Bao also has a separate Cozy Laundromat game; this one is about doing the cleaning yourself.
