Cartoon Crime
Switch between third-person and top-down views in BuBa Games’ open-world crime sandbox, available in Steam Early Access for Windows.
Cartoon Crime lets you switch between a third-person camera and a classic top-down view while exploring its open world. You take story missions, get into street fights and try to escape the police as your wanted level rises. You can also recruit bodyguards to fight alongside you.
Away from the chases, you can enter shops, train at gyms or stop for bowling, billiards and arcade games. BuBa Games develops and publishes the game, which entered Steam Early Access for Windows on 26 August 2026. The studio says the current build is playable but still being expanded and refined, so bugs and balance changes remain part of Early Access.
This is a source-based introduction, not a hands-on review. Steam's AI disclosure says development used AI assistance for some pre-generated 2D artwork, text editing, localisation and development support; the game does not generate AI content during play.
