Chikipi is the Neutral chicken at No. 003 — arguably the single most useful weak Pal in the game. It can't fight to save its life, but park it on a ranch and it lays Eggs on repeat, quietly bankrolling your whole early base.
Where to catch Chikipi
Chikipi is scattered all across the grassy starting region — the Windswept Hills and the southwestern plains especially — and turns up day and night. You can barely walk a minute without tripping over one.
It has one of the highest catch rates in the game, so a single Pal Sphere usually does it — no need to weaken it first. You can also hatch it from a Common Egg or buy one cheap from a Pal Merchant.

Stats & how they vary
Base values before IVs and condensing. A flat 60/60/60 puts Chikipi at the very bottom of the table with Lamball — but nobody keeps Chikipi to fight. Its value is on the ranch.
Work & drops
Two level-1 jobs, but the Farming suitability is the whole point — it's what lets Chikipi lay Eggs when you put it on a Ranch.
An Egg and, this being Palworld, poultry. Both are renewable early food, and the Eggs double as the key ingredient in breeding cakes.
Active skills
For one of the weakest Pals alive, Chikipi's late kit is absurd — it learns to self-destruct and, eventually, to call down light.
How to get more Chikipi
You almost never need to breed Chikipi — wild ones are everywhere and cheap to catch, which is the fastest way to build a flock. Breed only when you want to pass on strong passive skills.
A hatched Chikipi inherits passives and fresh IVs — useful for a better egg-layer (aim for Lucky). Eggs you find or lay can also hatch into Chikipi.
The story of Chikipi
The Paldeck is blunt: Chikipi is one of the weakest creatures on the islands, kept and hunted mostly as food. Its entire survival strategy is arithmetic — no matter how many are eaten, there are always, somehow, more.

Day 1. First ranch, first Chikipi. It laid an egg within the hour and looked so pleased with itself that I fried a different egg out of respect.
Day 8. We now have nine Chikipi. The base sounds like a farmyard and my larder has never been fuller. I have named exactly none of them and love them all equally.
Day 25. Watched one bravely charge a Foxparks in a border scuffle. It did not go well for the Chikipi. We held a small ceremony. There are, as promised, always more.

Egg Layer — on a Ranch it periodically lays Eggs. That's its whole reason for existing: renewable food and a steady supply of the eggs your breeding cakes need.
Is Chikipi worth keeping?
Yes, but for its ranch, not its stats. A few Chikipi on a Ranch feed your base and your breeding pipeline. In a straight fight it is one of the weakest Pals in the game.

An Egg and Chikipi Poultry — both early food. On a Ranch, its Egg Layer skill produces Eggs on a timer.
How do you get more Chikipi?
Just catch them — wild Chikipi are everywhere and have one of the highest catch rates in the game, so a flock is quick to build. Breeding (Chikipi + Chikipi, among other pairs) is only worth it to pass on strong passive skills like Lucky to a better egg-layer.
Can you ride Chikipi?
No. It's a tiny ranch Pal, not a mount.
