Mozzarina is the Neutral Pal at No. 040 — a docile, cow-like Pal that gives Milk regardless of gender. It is the go-to early Ranch Pal for anyone who needs a steady Milk supply for cooking and Cake.
Where to find Mozzarina
Mozzarina grazes the grasslands, day and night — most reliably the plains east of the Sealed Realm of the Thunder Dragon and around the Bamboo Groves, around Lv 10–13.
It appears in the Ravine Grotto (Lv 14–17), including a possible Alpha "Grade A Beef Mozzarina", and is obtainable by breeding.

Stats & how they vary
Melee 100, Shot 50, Stamina 100. Rarity value 2, Size M. The four displayed stats use Attack = Shot 50 — its ranged attack is low, though its melee is a solid 100. With 90 HP it takes a hit; it is still a Ranch Pal, not a fighter. Type matchup. Neutral has no offensive advantages and is weak to Dark — bring a Dark Pal to catch it. Work speed 100 is the series default.

Its only work line, but a good one — Farming Lv 2 (buffed from Lv 1 in 1.0) means efficient Ranch output, i.e. more Milk.

Mozzarina is easy to catch, so breeding it is mostly about farming Milk-capable stock. A commonly cited cheap combo:
The story of Mozzarina
"Milk pours from this Pal like water from an open faucet, regardless of its gender. It's truly a mystery of life, although this mystery may be better left unsolved."
Mozzarina is the Paldeck at its most deadpan: a cow that produces Milk from everywhere, all the time, and the entry politely declines to explain how. Gameplay-wise it is one of the most useful early Pals you can own — Milk feeds Cake, Cake feeds breeding, and breeding feeds everything else.
Day 8. Caught a cow in the plains. Immediately regretted not doing it sooner.
Day 9. Milk on the Ranch means Cake, and Cake means the Breeding Farm is finally running.
Day 12. Farming Lv 2 — it out-produces my first ranch Pal easily.
