Tanzee turns up in the Windswept Hills, the western Sea Breeze Archipelago and Ice Wind Island, day or night. It's passive but will fight back if you start it.
Weaken one and throw a regular Pal Sphere. A possible Alpha also waits at the end of the Hillside Cavern.

The story of Tanzee
Tanzee is endlessly busy and endlessly cheerful about it, the kind of Pal that seems happiest with a job in its hands. Left to itself it forages and fiddles with whatever it finds; put it on a base and that same restless curiosity turns into a worker that will pick up any task going. The assault rifle is, admittedly, a surprise.

It has no unique combo — pairs like Cattiva with Mau, or Chikipi with Melpaca produce it. Breed repeatedly to stack good passive skills onto one you like.
