Warhammer Survivors turns weapons and upgrades into a horde-clearing build

Mix weapons, evolve your loadout and survive Warhammer hordes. Auroch Digital's single-player bullet heaven is planned for 10 November 2026.

A chainsword is a good start. A chainsword supported by the right weapons and power-ups is the build you're trying to assemble in Warhammer Survivors. Auroch Digital's bullet heaven draws characters, enemies and settings from both Warhammer 40,000 and Age of Sigmar.

Your loadout changes the next attempt

You choose a champion with a starting weapon and stats, then survive waves while developing that run's loadout. Weapons can be combined with power-ups and evolved into stronger forms. The appeal is in seeing those choices produce a screen-clearing build while keeping yourself alive long enough to reach the larger bosses.

Gold also feeds progress between attempts, and collectible paint pots unlock character forms and secrets. This is a single-player game, so don't plan a co-op session around the Survivors name alone.

Synapse turns Tyranid lore into a target-priority decision

In Warhammer lore, Synapse creatures relay the Hive Mind’s control to the swarm. Survivors adapts that connection into an enemy trait: key creatures strengthen nearby lesser Tyranids, increasing their movement speed and damage. Destroying the Synapse creature briefly stuns those nearby lesser enemies. Choosing which enemy to bring down first can change the pressure from the group around it.
