What Office Manager is
You build the offices, negotiate the rent and deal with the consequences when the place stops working. Office Manager is a building-management sim where desks need electricity, companies need useful rooms, and tenants can leave when noise, lighting or services disappoint them. The coffee machine has joined your list of financial liabilities.
Lay out rooms and utility networks, hire staff, research improvements and keep an eye on cash flow. Fires, thieves and tenant expansion requests can interrupt your plans, so making the building bigger also makes it more complicated to run.
Jan Štěpánek develops and publishes Office Manager, primarily working alone. The Early Access launch is planned for 13 October 2026 on Windows, macOS and Linux. The developer says the core loop is playable, while stability testing, economic balancing and deeper late-game content remain unfinished. A separate Steam demo is available to try the management systems first.
