Turtacle Terra — Palworld Paldeck No. 037B
How to get Turtacle Terra in Palworld — the Water/Ground variant bred from Turtacle and Digtoise — its Shiny Hauler skill, Mining Lv 3, high Defense, stats and drops.
Turtacle Terra No. 037B
Turtacle Terra is the Water/Ground variant of Turtacle — a gold-shelled version that trades some of its water kit for earth, mines at your base, and hauls your Sulfur and Coal for almost nothing. Same defenceless turtle inside an even tougher shell, now a proper miner.
Where to find Turtacle Terra
Turtacle Terra has no easy overworld spawn — it is caught by fishing in the saltwater of the Desiccated Dunes, Eternal Summer Isle and Oasis Isle, or, far more reliably, by breeding (below). It hatches from a Damp Egg and has no Alpha version.
Region: fished (Desiccated Dunes / Oasis Isle) · Time: day & night · Threat: passive
Stats & how they vary
Melee 100, Shot 85, Support 100, Stamina 100, Running Speed 320, Sprinting Speed 500. Rarity value 4. The four displayed stats use Attack = Shot 85. Higher across HP, Attack and Defense than the base turtle — 125 Defense is the top of this stretch of the dex. Type matchup. Water/Ground is strong against Fire, Rock and Electric, and weak to Grass — bring a Grass Pal to catch it. Unlike the base turtle, its Ground half neutralises Electric, so it is not weak to it. Work speed 100 is the series default.
Work & drops
The Ground half turns it into a real miner — Mining Lv 3 clears ore fast — while it keeps Watering Lv 2 and light hauling.
Aquatic Pal Fluids ×1–2 (100%) · Bone ×1 (100%). One fewer Bone than the base turtle, otherwise similar.
Partner skill: Shiny Hauler
Weightless fuel and a Ground weak-point damage boost in one.
Active skills
A Water/Ground kit — earth moves replace several water finishers. Values from palworld.gg (post-1.0).
How to get Turtacle Terra
Breeding is the reliable route:
The story of Turtacle Terra
"To protect its fragile body, it developed an incredibly tough shell. With most of its senses concentrated in its limbs and shell, it can't even tell if someone quietly touches its core."
The base turtle can be knocked out by a tickle to its soft underside; the Terra fixed that the only way a fortress knows how — by moving its senses out to the shell and limbs, so nothing quietly touching its core even registers. It solved the vulnerability by no longer feeling it. "Golden Fortress" is armour taken to its logical, slightly lonely conclusion: perfectly protected, and out of touch with its own middle. Then it goes and mines your sulfur.
Day 26. Bred a Turtacle with a Digtoise. Out came a gold-shelled one, heavier and harder than the blue.
Day 27. Put it at the base — Mining Lv 3. It tears through ore. The base turtle only chipped at it.
Day 30. Carried it while strip-mining for coal and sulfur. Barely felt the weight. The hauling skill is the real draw.
Day 34. Poked its core, gently, out of scientific curiosity. Nothing. It genuinely did not notice. The Paldeck is grimly accurate.
Turtacle Terra, answered
How do I get Turtacle Terra in Palworld?
Breed Turtacle + Digtoise — a unique combination. There is no easy wild spawn; otherwise it is fished in the saltwater of the Desiccated Dunes, Eternal Summer Isle and Oasis Isle, or hatched from a Damp Egg.
Is Turtacle Terra better than Turtacle?
For a base, yes — it keeps the fortress Defense (125) and adds a Ground half that raises Mining to Lv 3 and hauls Sulfur/Coal for free. It also loses the base turtle’s Electric weakness. Its new weakness is Grass.
What does Shiny Hauler do?
While in your party, it reduces Sulfur and Coal weight 80~100% and improves you and your Pals’ Ground damage to enemy weak points 80~100% by level (does not stack).
What is Turtacle Terra weak to?
Grass, because of its Water/Ground typing. Its Ground half neutralises Electric, so it is not weak to it.
What does Turtacle Terra drop?
Aquatic Pal Fluids ×1–2 and Bone ×1, every time (100%).
Was Turtacle Terra renumbered in 1.0?
Yes — it was No. 148B before Palworld 1.0 and is No. 037B now.
