What is in the Catacrypt demo

Bring a group, pick your roles and clear a dungeon whose rooms change on every floor. Catacrypt is a first-person roguelite with up to four-player co-op, proximity voice chat and a boss at the end of each floor.

4

50+

stackable upgrades

This demo has four floors per run. You can choose Warrior, Archer, Wizard or Mender, then level your class to improve its base stats and unlock starting weapons. The listing describes more than fifty stackable upgrades, alongside crafting from loot found on enemies and in breakable objects.

Later floors increase the pressure with more enemies and stronger stats. The first useful test is whether your party can keep its roles readable while builds get busier. Steam dates this demo to 1 October; that is the date used here.
