Blazamut Ryu has no habitat. There is no zone to sweep and no alpha to ambush — the only way in is defeating the Incarnation of the Eternal Flame raid at Lv 55 or Lv 80 for a Huge Dragon Egg. After that it breeds only with itself, because IgnoreCombi locks it out of every normal pairing.

Blazamut Ryu cannot be bred from a normal pair — IgnoreCombi blocks it from every standard combination. It breeds only Blazamut Ryu + Blazamut Ryu, which means winning the raid twice before you can hatch a third.

The story of Blazamut Ryu

"Long ago, it emerged from the depths of the earth. With relentless, raging flames showing no mercy, it burned the entire island until nothing remained. It was known as the Eternal Flame."

It came up out of the ground and burned an island down to nothing, and they called it the Eternal Flame. Sootseer's lore is about a flame people kept expecting to die; this is the one that never even flickered. The two entries read like halves of the same story told from opposite ends.
