It appears as the rare boss variant of the Meteorite Event that also produces Xenovader. There is no location to travel to and no zone to sweep — you wait for the event.

Where Xenovader forgets information to make energy, Xenogard consumes it. Both are apparently reporting to someone, and Xenogard's entry answers back — "Hello? What was the message you just sent?"
