"Since ancient times, it has remained within the World Tree, continuing its vigil. What it protects, and for what purpose, Dandilord does not care. After all, the World Tree knows everything. Only the mist it wields can reveal the truth."

A dandelion that has gone entirely wrong: Grass and Dark, nocturnal, sitting in a place called Rotmist Root, dispensing poison and immunity in equal measure. Palworld took the most harmless plant it could find and made it the thing that survives the rot.
