named influences

You are an AI asleep on a mothership. When remote stations go silent, you get beamed into their defence systems to wipe out the Bloom, a growth spreading across space stations and cities. Every mission runs against a timer. If you fall short, you resimulate, upgrade and go again.

The developers call it their take on the incremental genre and are open about the influences: the surprises of A Dark Room, the escalating chaos of Keep on Mining and the arcade feel of Astro Prospector. Their question was simple: what if an incremental game had real action on top? The demo is set on Starbase 144, with Codons and Exoprograms to build with. Modules and specialization profiles come in the full game.

What players say

Three Steam reviews so far, all positive. Players say it gets addictive once the faster and stronger attacks unlock and resimulating kicks in. One notes that the late game in the demo breaks down a little, but that the developers are very open to feedback.

  • You like incremental games but want to play actively
  • You enjoy one-more-run loops

  • You want an idle game you can leave running
  • You need a long, finished campaign
