You pick from more than 40 officers of the Three Kingdoms and fight one against a thousand on large battlefields. Previews point to borrowed mechanics from Dynasty Warriors Origins, such as horse handling, dodging and parrying.
The demo is where it gets mixed. It covers the battle of Hulao Gate with six officers, and on Steam it sits at Mixed, 190 positive against 110. Online co-op is promised as a post-launch update, without a date yet.
