The box is a weapon next to your guns: you hurl objects, set enemies on fire and, later, unleash the Hell Chains. Fights mix melee weapons and firearms with traps, scavenging for ammo and healing, and bartering for upgrades. Pinhead is voiced by Doug Bradley, who played him in the films.
The free demo has been out since 17 September and sits at Very Positive on Steam with 1,995 positive reviews against 161 (2 October 2026). It is a very gory game, and it does not hide that.
