halves: shop by day, rhythm by night
By day you run the shop. Customers walk in, you work out what they would like, recommend an album, and every sale opens up a little of their story. At night the records come alive: every track becomes a rhythm level through George's memories, where you run, jump and slide in time with the music, from funk to prog rock.
The demo covers the start of the story, with the first customers, the first records and the first trips through the music. It is made by Glee-Cheese Studio and published by Wired Productions together with Gamersky Games.
What players say
Players like it a lot. The art style and the soundtrack come up in almost every review, and several people compare the rhythm part to Rhythm Heaven, Melatonin and Muse Dash. One player counted seven tracks with a normal and a hard mode. The one wish that comes up: the shop side could be a bit deeper.
