The False Alice: Retold Tale got a Steam demo on 24 September, and the full game is not far off: it is due in November. It is a visual novel from VISUAL ARTS, the company behind the Key label, made by team Aeca.

The setup is dark. There is a world where failed characters from abandoned stories end up. When two failed creations share a name, they have to kill each other, and only the one left standing becomes the real one. You wake up there with no memory and meet three failed Alices from Alice in Wonderland, each one meant to kill the other two.
You travel with them, and your choices decide the ending. Each Alice fights differently: a reckless swordswoman in red, a calm archer and a sorcerer. The official site lists the Japanese voice cast as Aoi Yuki, Chiwa Saito, Misato Fukuen and Inori Minase, and the game supports Japanese, Simplified Chinese and English text.
One thing to know before you start: your demo save does not carry over to the full game.
